PLAN WITH CLARITY. BUILD WITH CONFIDENCE.

Infrastructure & Technology Advisory

Make informed decisions across energy, compute and infrastructure.

Technology moves fast. Sound infrastructure decisions require a clear view of technical requirements, operating conditions and commercial assumptions.

ChainOp supports companies, infrastructure operators, project developers and investment teams with practical advice on AI and datacenter infrastructure, crypto-mining operations, energy-driven compute, heat recovery and hardware sourcing. We help assess options, identify dependencies and define a workable path from initial concept to deployment.

AI & Datacenter Planning

Align workloads, hardware, power, cooling and networking with the proposed deployment. Assess capacity requirements, integration constraints and options for expansion.

Energy-Driven Compute

Assess energy profiles, available operating windows and infrastructure requirements. Test how electricity costs, utilisation and workload flexibility affect the business case.

Hosting & Location Assessment

Compare locations by their complete operating conditions, including power, cooling, support, logistics, contractual responsibilities and available capacity.

Hardware & Sourcing Strategy

Define suitable GPU, server and ASIC configurations. Compare technical specifications, compatibility, supply options and total deployment costs against project requirements.

Project & Business-Case Review

Review an existing design, quotation or deployment concept before commitment. Identify technical constraints, operating dependencies and assumptions requiring further validation.

Expansion & Capital Planning

Assess scaling options, infrastructure dependencies and implementation priorities. Use scenario analysis to understand how changes in cost, capacity and utilisation affect the project.

Compute Heat Recovery

Evaluate recoverable heat, nearby demand, temperature requirements and integration options. Assess the additional investment, operating costs and potential heat revenues or avoided heating costs.

How an engagement works

Share your objectives, site information and available project documents. We define the questions to be addressed, the information required and the expected deliverables. The individual quotation sets out the scope, assumptions, fees and schedule. Implementation support can be agreed separately.

ChainOp provides technical and commercial infrastructure advisory. Legal, tax and regulated investment advice are outside the service scope. Assessments reflect the agreed information base and do not guarantee financing, approvals or commercial returns.

Frequently asked Questions

Practical answers about our advisory services.

ChainOp provides technical and commercial advice on AI and datacenter infrastructure, energy-driven compute, crypto-mining infrastructure, compute heat recovery, hardware sourcing and deployment planning. An engagement can address an early concept, a procurement decision or an existing project. The scope is defined around the decision your organisation needs to make.

Yes. Advisory can be scoped as a standalone engagement, with its own objectives, deliverables and fees. A hardware purchase or crypto-hosting contract is not required. If implementation support is useful later, it can be agreed separately.

Yes. A review can examine hardware suitability, infrastructure requirements, location assumptions, energy costs, operating dependencies and commercial sensitivities. We identify relevant constraints, trade-offs and open questions. Findings reflect the agreed scope and available information; they do not guarantee future prices, approvals or financial performance.

Advisory can support initial feasibility, site and technology selection, procurement preparation or the review of an existing deployment. Early involvement helps identify dependencies before equipment or capacity is committed. For established projects, the engagement can focus on a specific technical issue, operating assumption or expansion decision.

Share your objective, location, proposed equipment, available infrastructure, budget range and timeline, together with existing quotations or calculations. The quotation defines the scope, deliverables, assumptions, fees and schedule. Additional work or material scope changes are agreed before proceeding.

ChainOp provides technical and commercial infrastructure advice. Cost comparisons and operating scenarios assess project assumptions and sensitivities; they are not investment recommendations or promises of returns. Legal, tax and regulated financial matters fall outside the service scope and should be addressed by appropriately qualified advisers.

Let’s assess your next infrastructure decision.

Tell us what you are planning, which decisions are still open and what information is already available. We will review the requirements and propose a clear scope for the next step.
