Frequently asked Questions

ChainOp sources ASIC miners, enterprise GPUs, GPU platforms, servers and related infrastructure equipment according to project requirements. Selection considers the intended workload, system compatibility, power, cooling and current supply. Available models, equipment condition, specifications and delivery arrangements are confirmed in the individual quotation.

Our hardware offering supports businesses, self-employed professionals, infrastructure operators and project developers procuring equipment for their commercial or professional activities. The scope can range from a single system to a larger deployment. We confirm the purchasing entity, intended application and delivery requirements when preparing the quotation.

We assess the hardware against the requirements you provide, including electrical supply, cooling, connectivity, physical space and software compatibility. ASIC miners also need appropriate ventilation and noise management. If equipment will be hosted, acceptance by the selected facility is confirmed before shipment.

The website invites enquiries and does not accept binding orders. An individual quotation is normally provided by email and sets out the equipment, condition, net price, applicable taxes, additional charges and delivery arrangements. It also explains the acceptance process and when a contract is formed. Availability and lead times are confirmed for the proposed order.

Contractual and statutory defect rights against the seller are separate from any manufacturer guarantee. Where ChainOp is the seller, contact us with the equipment identification and a description of the issue. Applicable claim periods and the remedy process are governed by the agreed B2B terms and mandatory law. Manufacturer coverage depends on its guarantee terms. Repairs or support outside the applicable defect rights and agreed package are quoted separately.

Yes. Compatible mining equipment can be purchased alongside a separately specified crypto-hosting service. The quotation identifies the equipment, hosting location, commissioning arrangements, recurring charges and contract terms. AI and datacenter deployments are scoped through the separate infrastructure solution and are not included in a crypto-hosting package by default.
